With a ski area stretching across 105km and 102 marked ski runs, it was a dream come true for us snow enthusiasts. The high quality of snow and remarkably well-kept pistes made for some epic runs. The range of leisure options was also top-notch, from hitting the slopes to chilling in the Super Park Sulayr and trying out new snow disciplines. The hotel itself was perfect for our needs, with a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, ski lockers, game and TV rooms. It was truly the ideal place for an exciting skiing holiday.
If there's one thing we could've asked for, it would be more happening nightlife for young party-goers like us. While the skiing experience was fantastic, we would have loved some more vibrant entertainment options in the evenings.

- Bathrooms clean.
- Price is very high for what you get, the "Hostal" has 2 stars but I think 1 star is borrowed. - Forget about Wi Fi, because is so slow you just can´t use it. Is a waste of time. - Rooms not pleasant at all, with dusty blankets and mold smell. - Staff on breakfast room unpleasant. They don´t allow you to go inside the breakfast room with a backpack, they think you steal food (unbelievable)!! -Advise to pay 25 to 30 euros more and get a better place to stay.

Location only
Very scruffy and rundown. The room was a dormitory with 4 beds reminiscent of my military days. The beds were very short and our ankles hung over the end. It was the most expensive sruffy hostal we have ever stayed and half the price would have been too much. I am an ex Fire Officer and the fire safety is horendous, Extinguishers were missing, fire doors did not have self closers and our room was in a very long dead end with one way out but no fire separation. We would have gone elsewhere but it was Easter and the skiing was superb. I have often stayed in this resort and it is very expensive compared to the rest of Europe for skiing so we new we would have to pay over the odds but this place is a disgrace and a fire trap.

Memorable week at a 2-star hostel close to the slopes. Amazing views from the room. Hearty breakfast and dinner included. Helpful staff. Just 100km from the Mediterranean Sea, in case you fancy a dip after skiing.
Smells like a cleaning product shop, but I'm sure that's just an added bonus.

The buffet breakfast was suprisingly varied and of good quality. Towels were clean and bathroom facilities good.
Room smelled of damp and there were damp patches. Our triple room was smaller than our friend´s double. Our view looked onto a running waste pipe and old plastic bags. Very noisy at night from other guests and outside on road.

I had a memorable week with my son on his first winter/ski holidays at a hotel in Sierra Nevada. The accommodation was comfortable and warm, providing us with a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. The price was excellent for the value we received. The dinner and breakfast meals offered surprising variety and quality, which was a pleasant surprise for a 2-star hotel. Additionally, the hotel had a simple yet warm ambiance, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family winter getaway.

Title: Perfect Family Ski Trip
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a more extensive menu specifically catered to children's tastes.
